Settlement agreement - Held that - In view of settlement now this Appeal be permitted to be withdrawn with a specific liberty to revive the same in case if there is any failure on the part of parties in carrying out the terms of settlement. Permission as sought for is granted with aforesaid liberty. Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
