Rajesh Exports Limited 2016 (4) TMI 722 - KARNATAKA HIGH COURT contested - Held that - the decision in the above case upheld - SLP dismissed.
The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition and did not interfere with the High Court's judgment. The authorities were instructed to decide the show-cause notice independently of the High Court's orders.
