2015 (3) TMI 1296 - HC - Companies LawScheme of Amalgamation - Held that - Notice to the Regional Director Ministry of Corporate Affairs Noida and the Official Liquidator for 28.04.2015. Let notice be also published in the Newspapers namely Indian Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) both Delhi/NCR editions as well as in the Official Gazette of State of Haryana. The same be also uploaded on the website. Learned counsel for the petitioner to supply a copy of the notice in the office of the Official Liquidator within ten days.

Notice to be published in 'Indian Express' and 'Jansatta' newspapers, Official Gazette of Haryana, and on the website.
