2014 (4) TMI 1201 - SCH - Companies LawJurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India - Held that - Having regard to the fact that the matter is already fixed for hearing before the High Court on 30.4.2014 we are satisfied that this is not a fit case where we should invoke our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. Special leave petition is dismissed. However we request the High Court to hear the matter on the date already fixed and decide the same as expeditiously as may be possible.
The Supreme Court of India, in 2014, dismissed a special leave petition and requested the High Court to hear the matter promptly as it was already scheduled for hearing on a specific date. The judges were Mr. R.M. Lodha and Mr. Kurian Joseph.
