2016 (4) TMI 1302 - HC - Companies LawThe Registry is directed to re-number the present suit as CS (Commercial) and while allotting the new number the Registry shall also indicate on the file the old registration number of the case. Ld. proxy counsel for defendant seeks adjournment on the ground that the main counsel is suffering from fever and is not available today.
The High Court Delhi directed the registry to re-number a suit as CS (Commercial) and indicated the old registration number. The defendant's proxy counsel sought adjournment due to the main counsel's illness. Cross-examination of PW-1 scheduled for 12th August, 2016.
