2014 (10) TMI 969 - HC - CustomsHaving regard to the seriousness of the allegations made against the appellant which were found to be correct by the authorities the Tribunal was justified in passing the impugned order - There is nothing like res judicata or parity in the matter of granting interim orders in particular regarding pre-deposit - appeal dismissed.
