Adjournment of appeal - The matter has come-up on record a number of times when either the appellant was not present or they sought adjournment and the matter was being repeatedly adjourned in the interest of justice - As nobody caused presence held that appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeals - Accordingly dismiss the appeals for non prosecution.
