2016 (8) TMI 1372 - HC - CustomsAssessment of Bills of Entry - respondents assures the Court that within a period of ten days from today the Bill of Entry in question will be finally assessed - Held that - If aggrieved by the assessment it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law thereafter - petition disposed off.
The Delhi High Court, with Justice S. Muralidhar and Justice Najmi Waziri, disposed of the petition after Mr. Sanjeev Narula assured that the Bill of Entry will be finally assessed within ten days. The Petitioner can seek further remedies if aggrieved by the assessment. Non-compliance may lead to revival of the petition.
