Withdrawal of appeal - alternate remedy - Held that - In the light of the alternate efficacious remedy of seeking revocation or setting aside of an alleged ex-parte order the appellant desires to withdraw this appeal with liberty to avail of such remedies as are permissible in law. In view of these instructions received by Dr. Shivram the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
