The Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 10531 of 2011 declined to entertain the appeal and dismissed it with no order as to costs. Special Leave Petitions (Civil) Nos. 24115/2011 and 31551-31552/2011 were dismissed based on a previous court order.
