1916 (6) TMI 1 - CALCUTTA HIGH COURTExtract: .......for the plaintiff a case that he did not make for himself. The decree of the lower Appellate Court must, therefore, be set aside and the case sent back for a decision in accordance with law as a case against all the defendants. Costs to abide the result. 2.
