2014 (5) TMI 1180 - HC - Indian LawsPrayer to withdraw appeal - validity of assessment order dated 25.07.2013 - Held that - The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn - It shall however be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to it in accordance with May 21 2014.
The High Court of Punjab and Haryana dismissed the writ petition challenging the assessment order dated 25.07.2013 and the demand notice dated 25.07.2013. The petitioner was allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal with condonation of delay.
