Condonation of delay - Adjournment seeked- HELD THAT - At the request of Mr. Nadkarni learned ASG matter is adjourned for two weeks. The Department shall file an affidavit indicating prima facie as to which officials were responsible for delay in the matter and for not curing the defects.
