2018 (4) TMI 1718 - HC - Income TaxRectification of an order - Modifications seeked - TDS u/s 194C or 194J - HELD THAT - Called for Speaking to the Minutes of the order dated 26.3.2018 2018 (3) TMI 1771 - BOMBAY HIGH COURT On Page 2 in the second line of Paragraph 4(b) of the said order words 10th and 11th October 2015 be replaced with 10th and 11th October 2017 Office to carry out aforesaid modifications.
The Bombay High Court ordered a modification in the order dated 26.3.2018, changing the dates from "10th and 11th October, 2015" to "10th and 11th October, 2017". Office instructed to make the necessary changes.
