Manufacture - process of mixing base paint with the colourants to obtain the pain of a desired shade known as Tinting - it was held in the case that the activity carried out by the appellant is indeed manufacture. HELD THAT - There is no ground to interfere - Admission is refused and the civil appeals are accordingly dismissed.
