The High Court of Bombay set aside the order rejecting a partnership firm's application for extension of time to receive sale proceeds from export transactions. The firm received the proceeds after the stipulated period due to circumstances beyond its control. The court directed the tax authority to pass a fresh order in accordance with the law.
