2019 (7) TMI 1548 - AT - CustomsApplication for early hearing of the appeal as well as stay of operation of the impugned order - it is pleaded that the suspension of CHA license on 11.01.2019 rendered many people jobless hence there is urgency for disposal of the appeal - HELD THAT - There are merits in the contention of the learned Advocate for the appellant - Consequently the miscellaneous application for early hearing of the appeal is allowed and appeal is fixed for hearing on 26.08.2019.
The appellate tribunal allowed early hearing of the appeal and fixed it for 26.08.2019. Stay of operation of the impugned order was not granted at this stage.
