2015 (11) TMI 1808 - HC - Indian LawsGrant of interim bail - HELD THAT - The petitioner shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer - He shall join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer. He shall also comply with the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The High Court of Punjab and Haryana granted interim bail to the petitioner in case of arrest. The petitioner must comply with conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, including being available for interrogation, not influencing witnesses, and not leaving India without court permission.
