2017 (5) TMI 1734 - SCH - CustomsNotification dated 17th September 2015 - date of notification coming into force - When did the notification dated 17th September 2015 issued under Section 25(1) of the Customs Act come come into force? - HELD THAT - Leave granted. The bank guarantee be kept alive till the disposal of the appeal.
The Supreme Court of India in 2017 ordered that the bank guarantee should be maintained until the appeal is resolved. Justices Madan B. Lokur and Deepak Gupta granted leave for the appeal.
