2019 (9) TMI 1414 - AT - Service TaxCondonation of delay of 161 days in filing of Appeal - HELD THAT - Considering the difficulties faced by the applicant in raising required funds we condone the delay and direct Registry to list the appeal for disposal in its turn.
The case involves condonation of delay of 161 days in filing Appeal No. ST/86461/2019 against an order dated 30th July, 2018.
