The High Court of Allahabad, in a reference under Section 66(2) of the Indian Income-tax Act, found the Commissioner's view on the questions to be correct. The court ruled in favor of the Commissioner, and the assessee was directed to pay the costs of the reference. The Advocate-General's fee was fixed at Rs. 150.
