2021 (4) TMI 1247 - SC - Money LaunderingFraudulent availment of VAT refund - Validity of Provisional Attachment Order - Money Laundering - proceeds of crime - Adjudicating Authority confirmed the attachment for a period of 90 days during the pendency of investigation or pendency of the proceeding before a court under PMLA - HELD THAT - There are no reason to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 136(1) of the Constitution of India. The SLP is dismissed.
