Withdrawal of appeal - HELD THAT - None is present on behalf of the assessee. However an application on behalf of the assessee dated 27.01.2020 is placed on record stating that the assessee does not wish to press this appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the same. The ld. DR reports no objection on this request of the assessee. Therefore the appeal is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn - In the result the appeal is dismissed.

Summary

The ITAT Delhi dismissed the appeal as the assessee withdrew it with no objection from the Departmental Representative. The order was pronounced on 19th February 2020.
