2017 (2) TMI 1503 - HC - Indian LawsCompliance with the directions - HELD THAT - A detailed affidavit of the Director CBI shall be filed in this regard informing compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 18.04.2015 as well as directions contained in the order dated 23.09.2016.
The Delhi High Court allowed exemption subject to exceptions in CRL.M.A.No.2664/2017. In CRL.M.C. 619/2017, the Addl. Solicitor General confirmed compliance with previous orders, requiring a detailed affidavit from the Director of CBI.
