2018 (11) TMI 1882 - SCH - Companies LawTransfer of shares - existence of revenue stamp as fixed on the transfer certificates on the date of the issuance thereof - HELD THAT - We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed.
