Present appeal is against partly stay granted by the lower appellate authority - As such the order passed by the lower appellate authority is an interim order & subject to compliance with the direction given it is not appealable - Only when the lower appellate authority passes an order on the appeal before him the appellants can file a further appeal before tribunal- present appeal is premature and the same is dismissed as not maintainable
