2019 (12) TMI 1593 - HC - Insolvency and BankruptcyMaintainability of appeal before Appellate Tribunal - HELD THAT - If the revision petitioner intends to assail the impugned order he has to file an appeal before the appellate Tribunal. Under these circumstances the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
The High Court of Telangana dismissed a Civil Revision Petition filed by a Corporate Debtor against an order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal. The Court stated that the petitioner should file an appeal before the appellate Tribunal if they intend to challenge the order.
