2017 (7) TMI 1443 - SCH - Indian LawsSeeking enhancement of the sentence imposed - it was held by Kerala High Court that the court below was correct and justified in acquitting 22nd accused having found him not guilty of the offence alleged - HELD THAT - There are no ground to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petitions are accordingly dismissed.
The Supreme Court of India dismissed the special leave petitions as no grounds were found to interfere with the impugned order. Pending applications were also disposed of. (2017 (7) TMI 1443 - SC)
