2022 (5) TMI 1511 - HC - SEBIPraecipe moved for speaking to the minutes of the order - In 3rd line paragraph 3 of the order the word by shall be replaced with the word be - In 4th paragraph the word implementation shall be replaced with the word impleadment . Necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 10.05.2022 and the corrected order be uploaded again.
The Bombay High Court made corrections to an order dated 10.05.2022 following a praecipe moved by Respondent No. 1. The word "by" was replaced with "be" in the 3rd paragraph, and "implementation" was corrected to "impleadment" in the 4th paragraph. The corrected order was to be uploaded again. The praecipe was disposed of accordingly.
