2020 (8) TMI 930 - SCH - Central ExciseRejection of Application for grant of interim relief - condonation of delay of 404 days in filing the review petitions - sufficient cause for delay exists or not - HELD THAT - There is delay of 404 days in filing the review petitions for which no sufficient cause has been shown by leaned counsel for the petitioner. The review petitions are dismissed both on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
