2019 (12) TMI 1646 - HC - Service TaxMaintainability of petition - Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme 2019 - HELD THAT - The respondents have issued a circular dated 29.10.2019 on the subject of Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme 2019. A copy of the same has been tendered in Court and taken on record. Learned counsels for both the parties state that the petitioner is covered by the said circular as well. This petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
The Delhi High Court disposed of the petition as infructuous after the respondents issued a circular on the Sabka Vishwas Scheme, 2019, covering the petitioner.
