1930 (7) TMI 21 - HC - Indian LawsExtract: ....... the appellant might have against him either then or at any future time. Their Lordships are therefore of opinion that this appeal should be allowed and the decree of the Subordinate Judge should be restored and that the appellant should have his costs in the Chief Court and of this appeal.
