2022 (11) TMI 1425 - HC - GST

Dismissal of appeal - HELD THAT - On going through the order and finding no infirmity and the reasoning given there for dismissal of the appeal of the petitioner and as such the same need not be interfered and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 22764 of 2022 is dismissed.

2023 (1) TMI 1097 - HC

The Calcutta High Court dismissed writ petition WPA 22764 of 2022 challenging the appellate authority's order under the WBGST Act dated 17th August, 2022. The court found no infirmity in the order and declined to interfere.
