2017 (4) TMI 161 - SCH - Service TaxCenvat Credit - scope of input services - the case of M/s Infosys Ltd. Versus Commissioner of Service Tax - BANGALORE 2014 (3) TMI 695 - CESTAT BANGALORE brought into record as the same was not part of record - cost of Rs. 10, 000/- is imposed to be deposited.
The Supreme Court allowed the petitioner to bring a judgment on record but imposed a cost of Rs. 10,000 to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. The case will be listed again after two weeks. (2017 (4) TMI 161 - SC Order)
