2018 (6) TMI 1328 - SCH - Income TaxAddition u/s. 36(1)(viia) - HC 2017 (11) TMI 916 - GUJARAT HIGH COURT has held that interest on non performing assets is not taxable on accrual basis looking to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India - Held that - No ground to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed.
The Supreme Court of India dismissed the special leave petition as no grounds were found to interfere with the impugned order. Pending applications were also disposed of.
