The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT AHMEDABAD allowed the early hearing application based on the submission by the appellant's counsel, Shri R. Subramanya, citing a judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of SRD Nutrients Pvt Ltd. Vs. Commissioner of Central Excise, Guwahati. The appeal is scheduled for regular hearing on 03.07.2018.
