2018 (9) TMI 1330 - HC - GSTCENVAT credit - main grievance of the petitioners is that the credit of the duties for the period prior to 01.07.2017 though reflected in the declaration filed by the petitioner no.1 in Tran1 form is not shown in the electronic credit ledger account - Held that - NOTICE returnable on 11.10.2018. Direct service is permitted.
The Gujarat High Court addressed grievances related to GST implementation. Petitioners were unable to avail credit of duties prior to 01.07.2017 due to issues with electronic credit ledger account. Notice returnable on 11.10.2018 was issued.
