2018 (11) TMI 660 - SCH - Income TaxApplication for stay u/s 254(2A) - Held that - The prayer made is for a direction to dispose of the pending appeal before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. We are afraid we cannot issue any such direction having regard to the scope of the special leave petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
