2018 (11) TMI 678 - SCH - Service TaxRemoval of defects within one week - Held that - It would be open to the petitioner to approach the High Court. If the petitioner files an application in this behalf within two weeks from today the same shall be considered on its own merits - SLP dismissed.
The Supreme Court dismissed the Special Leave Petition. The petitioner can approach the High Court within two weeks if defects are rectified. Pending applications are disposed of.
