2019 (9) TMI 87 - SCH - CustomsPenalty u/s 112(a) of the Customs Act - case of appellant is that there was fraud by CHA the appellant/facilitator cannot be held responsible - It was held in the case that he was merely a facilitator and working outside the margin of law as it was cannot be accepted. HELD THAT - There is no reason to entertain this petition - SLP dismissed.
The Supreme Court dismissed the special leave petition, stating that there was no reason to entertain it. The delay was condoned and the pending application was disposed of.
