2019 (9) TMI 131 - AT - CustomsPermission for withdrawal of appeal - HELD THAT - The Revenue has filed Miscellaneous Applications for withdrawal of their Appeals. Accordingly the prayer of the Revenue is allowed and the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT Kolkata allowed the Revenue's request to withdraw their Appeals, resulting in the dismissal of the appeals. Miscellaneous Applications and Stay Petitions were also disposed of.
