2021 (11) TMI 273 - SCH - GSTSeeking anticipatory bail - Availment of fraudulent ITC upon the strength of fake invoices providing fabricated information on E-way bill portal - It was held by Delhi High Court that petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make herself available for interrogation by police officer as and when required - HELD THAT - There are no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. The special leave petitions are accordingly dismissed.
The Supreme Court of India, with Justices N.V. Ramana, A.S. Bopanna, and Hrishikesh Roy, dismissed the special leave petitions and upheld the impugned order passed by the High Court. The pending interlocutory application was also disposed of. (Citation: 2021 (11) TMI 273 - SC Order)
