1991 (7) TMI 84 - HC - Customs

The High Court of Bombay dismissed the petition filed by a company importing copper scrap, as the challenge to the levy of additional customs duty was not valid based on a previous Supreme Court decision. The petitioners were not entitled to any relief, and the rule was discharged with costs. The respondents were allowed to enforce bank guarantees and personal bonds furnished by the petitioners.
