1993 (10) TMI 95 - HC - Central Excise

The High Court dismissed the petition challenging an order of the Customs, Excise and Gold (Control) Appellate Tribunal directing a pre-deposit of Rs. 75,000. The Court directed the Tribunal to decide the appeal within one month without requiring the pre-deposit.
