2023 (5) TMI 1162 - SCH - SEBICondonation of delay - inordinate delay in approaching the Tribunal - As decided by SAT there is an inordinate delay in approaching the Tribunal with no adequate reason to condone the delay at this belated stage - HELD THAT - We find no error in the order of the Securities Appellant Tribunal Mumbai. Appeal is accordingly dismissed. Pending application if any stands disposed of.
The Supreme Court of India upheld the order of the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai dated 24 August 2022 in AN No 420 of 2022. The appeal was dismissed, and any pending applications were disposed of.
