1995 (4) TMI 64 - SCH - Central Excise

The Supreme Court upheld the Tribunal's finding that bituminised hessian laminated paper is not different from bituminised water-proof paper. The respondent's products are entitled to exemption under Notification No. 46 of 1971. The appeal was dismissed.
