The High Court allowed the writ petition against the pre-deposit condition of Rs. 7 lacs imposed by the Tribunal, directing a reconsideration of the waiver/stay application based on the appellant's financial position. The impugned order was quashed, and the Tribunal was directed to reassess the situation.
