1995 (7) TMI 89 - HC - Customs

The petitioners sought a writ of certiorari to quash impugned notices under Section 108 of the Customs Act, 1962. The court dismissed the petition as notices under Section 108 have no prescribed limitation period. The writ petition was accordingly dismissed, and the stay order was vacated.
