1996 (10) TMI 102 - SCH - Customs

The Supreme Court upheld the Customs Tribunal's decision regarding the validity of an import contract that required inspection before dispatch. The appeal was dismissed as it was admitted only on the validity of the import, not on valuation. No costs were awarded.
