1997 (10) TMI 69 - SCH - Customs

The Supreme Court of India upheld the classification of RX Copier parts as falling under Chapter 90 sub-heading 9009.90, rejecting the appellant's claim for classification under Heading 84.79. The appeal was dismissed with no order as to costs. (Case Citation: 1997 (10) TMI 69 - SC)
